Any of the following activities is strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be closed and the associated balance may be confiscated:

• Operating more than one account by the same person.
• Using software or automation tools in games to gain an unfair advantage.

9.1 Suspension by f bajie

f bajie may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice in cases of Terms violations, suspected fraud, or security concerns. Whether any valid balance is returned will be decided on the basis of the investigation.

9.2 Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their own account, they may request this through 24/7 live chat or email. All valid balances must be withdrawn before closure. If a Self-Exclusion request is submitted, the account will be locked for the specified period.
